I still remember the smell of waffle cones and ocean breeze at Old Ward Warehouse. 🍦🌺

Tūtū and Papa used to take me to Dairy Queen for a dipped cone, then we’d walk over to Kincaid’s—always by the window, always with smiles. Afterward, we’d watch the yoyo competitions, cheering like it was the Olympics. 🎯✨

Now it’s all gone. The warehouse, the echo of footsteps on old wood floors… replaced by shiny condos.

But in my heart, that little corner of Oʻahu still lives on—full of laughter, soft serve, and the sound of a yoyo spinning through the air.
